Key Responsibilities
- Operate fuel pumps and dispense appropriate fuel types accurately and safely.
- Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments using POS systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and basic vehicle checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fuel pumps, forecourt, and station facilities.
- Monitor fuel levels and report discrepancies or maintenance needs.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines and emergency procedures.
- Promote convenience store products and current promotions to customers.
- Reconcile daily sales and prepare end-of-shift reports.
- Assist with stock rotation and merchandising of convenience store items as needed.
