Job Description
Union County College is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote E-learning Developer to join our innovative educational technology team on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective e-learning modules, courses, and resources.
- Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and translate content into interactive digital formats.
- Utilize various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Adobe Captivate) to create multimedia-rich content, simulations, and interactive exercises.
- Apply instructional design principles (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories to optimize learning outcomes.
- Ensure all e-learning materials are accessible and comply with WCAG standards.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and testing of e-learning content to ensure functionality and pedagogical effectiveness.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of assigned projects.
- Provide technical support and guidance on e-learning tools and best practices to faculty.
- Stay current with emerging e-learning technologies, trends, and instructional design methodologies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in e-learning content development and instructional design.
