Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service from arrival to departure.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide accurate information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Manage and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle cash/card transactions securely.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other communications in a polite and helpful manner.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and coordinated guest experience.
- Provide administrative support as required, including data entry and filing.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
