Career.zycto is actively seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to join our kitchen team as a Restaurant Dishwasher in beautiful Trois-Rivières, Quebec. Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashers and manage dishwashing stations efficiently and safely.
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including floors, sinks, and storage areas.
- Remove trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal protocols are followed.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or stocking shelves.
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining a tidy and operational kitchen throughout service.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Assist with receiving and storing supplies when deliveries arrive.
Required Skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (up to 25 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
