Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily financial data entry, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice preparation, coding, and payment tracking.
- Support bank and credit card reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized financial records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Prepare and generate basic financial reports, summaries, and analyses as required by senior staff.
- Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing procedures by compiling necessary documentation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the finance department, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to identify and implement opportunities for streamlining financial processes and improving overall efficiency.
- Handle confidential financial information with the utmost discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to financial operations, escalating complex issues as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a finance, accounting, or administrative support role.
