Career.zycto is seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Learning & Development to lead our commitment to continuous growth and excellence in Chimanimani, Manicaland Province. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals and talent needs.
  • Design, implement, and manage a wide range of learning programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across all employee levels.
  • Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality program delivery.
