Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of software implementation projects for new and existing Redgate customers, ensuring timely and successful deployments.
  • Conduct virtual kick-off meetings, gather requirements, and develop detailed implementation plans tailored to customer needs and technical environments.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices on product configuration, integration, and adoption through online demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, addressing questions, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to relevant internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Support, and Product Development teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and gather feedback for product improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including implementation guides, FAQs, and training materials.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Educate customers on advanced features and functionalities to maximize their return on investment and foster long-term product usage.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in software implementation, technical project coordination, or a related customer-facing technical role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Basic understanding of database concepts (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL) and software development lifecycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues creatively and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Redgate products or similar database DevOps tools.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Agile) or relevant technical fields.
  • Experience delivering virtual training and presentations to small and large groups.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and their database services.
