Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport and deliver packages, parcels, and documents to designated locations across Singapore.
- Adhere strictly to assigned delivery schedules and routes, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
- Handle all delivered items with utmost care to prevent damage or loss.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery contents against invoices or manifests and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery status or any issues encountered.
- Operate company-provided or personal vehicles (motorcycle/van) responsibly and in compliance with all traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks to ensure operational safety and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Process cash-on-delivery payments and manage relevant documentation accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, representing Career.zycto professionally at all times.
Required Skills
- Valid Class 2B/3/3A driving license for motorcycles or vans in Singapore (depending on vehicle choice).
- Clean driving/riding record.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to navigate using GPS and smartphone applications effectively.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 15-20kg.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Singapore's road network and geographical areas.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to speak multiple local languages (e.g., English, Malay, Mandarin) is a plus.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
