Job Description

Maluti Mountain Brewery is looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our vital logistics team in Ha Nchela, Mokhotlong. In this essential role, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our world-class beverages and raw materials. From receiving shipments and organizing inventory to preparing orders for dispatch, your contribution will directly impact our ability to deliver quality products to our customers across Lesotho. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and store incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods according to company procedures and safety standards.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for outgoing shipments, ensuring all products match order specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and, if certified, forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning and documentation, reporting discrepancies as needed.
- Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory reconciliation efforts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards, adhering to all hygiene and safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and damage, reporting any issues immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, ensuring proper product handling and secure stacking.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and order fulfillment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for documentation and inventory calculations.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and following all safety protocols.
- Reliability and punctuality.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment (1+ year).
- Valid forklift operator's license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Experience with inventory management systems or hand-held scanners.
