Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries, product location, and general store navigation, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Support the sales team by managing stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, and products are neatly displayed.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, backroom, and fitting rooms, adhering to store standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and labeling merchandise.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate information to customers.
