Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect for new clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and community engagement within Harbour View and broader Kingston.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present, explain, and sell various insurance products (life, health, auto, property, commercial, etc.) tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
- Assist clients throughout the claims process, providing guidance, collecting necessary documentation, and liaising with adjusters to ensure smooth resolution.
- Stay informed about new products, market trends, and regulatory changes in the insurance industry.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals, and policy applications, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and activity metrics on a consistent basis.
- Manage client portfolios, including policy reviews, renewals, and adjustments.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, sales activities, and claims progress using CRM software.
Required Skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services.
