Key Responsibilities
- Assist bakers with ingredient preparation, including measuring, weighing, and mixing.
- Help with dough preparation, shaping, and proofing various baked goods.
- Operate and monitor bakery equipment such as mixers and ovens under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas.
- Wash and sanitize utensils, bakeware, and other kitchen equipment.
- Package, label, and display finished bakery products.
- Receive and store inventory, ensuring proper rotation and freshness.
- Support the team with general kitchen duties as required.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
