Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver interactive virtual training programs and materials for a diverse global audience.
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across various departments.
  • Facilitate engaging remote training sessions using a variety of virtual platforms and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop accurate, relevant, and up-to-date training content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.
  • Stay current with adult learning principles, instructional design best practices, and emerging virtual training technologies.
  • Manage and maintain training content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning platforms.
  • Provide coaching and support to learners to reinforce learning and ensure application of new skills.
  • Adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of different cultural contexts and learning styles.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning & development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering engaging virtual training sessions.
  • Strong proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work setting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP/SCP).
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with the industrial gases, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with blended learning approaches and microlearning strategies.
