Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine grounds maintenance including mowing, strimming, edging, pruning, weeding, and leaf clearing.
- Operate and maintain a variety of groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently.
- Assist with planting, care, and upkeep of trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
- Monitor plant and turf health, addressing issues like pests or diseases.
- Conduct general facility maintenance: litter picking, bin emptying, minor repairs to fences/pathways, ensuring clear passage.
- Implement irrigation schedules for optimal plant health.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report any hazards, equipment malfunctions, or major maintenance issues to supervisors.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance.
- Proficiency in operating various grounds maintenance machinery.
- Sound knowledge of horticulture, plant care, and seasonal maintenance.

Preferred Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture, Landscaping, or a related field.
