Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products, offering recommendations, and answering inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system, handle cash, and manage card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and conducting stock checks.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency, escalating issues when necessary.
- Promote special offers, loyalty programs, and new product arrivals to enhance customer engagement and sales.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security measures and health & safety guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Required Skills
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer service role (at least 6 months).

- Ability to speak additional local languages (e.g., Igbo) is a plus.
