Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and informative tours for individuals and groups across various Kingston attractions, including but not limited to historical sites, cultural centers, natural parks, and local markets.
- Share comprehensive knowledge of Jamaica's history, culture, politics, economy, art, music, and social dynamics in an accessible and entertaining manner.
- Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Manage tour logistics, including timing, transportation coordination, and adherence to planned itineraries.
- Adapt tour content and pace to suit the interests, demographics, and physical capabilities of diverse groups.
