Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, offering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with luggage handling, directions, reservations (restaurants, tours, events), and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Onitsha Main Town's cultural events, popular destinations, and services.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, bell staff) to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in requests for concierge services.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized concierge desk area.
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance to enhance their overall experience.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role (minimum 1 year).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
