Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto’s business objectives and talent management goals.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for all levels of employees, from entry-level to executive leadership.
- Conduct regular organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps, emerging competencies, and professional development opportunities.
- Establish robust metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness and ROI of all learning initiatives, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
- Manage the L&D budget, resources, and external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Mentor and develop a small team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and various training methodologies.
