Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, feeding, breeding, and general maintenance.
- Manage and train farm staff, ensuring efficient task allocation, adherence to safety protocols, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Monitor crop health, livestock welfare, and equipment condition, implementing proactive measures for improvement and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records of farm production, expenses, inventory, and staff hours.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring regular servicing and repairs.
- Assist in budget planning and resource management to optimize farm profitability.
- Collaborate with senior management on long-term farm development plans and sustainability initiatives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within an agricultural setting.
- Strong knowledge of modern farming practices, including crop cultivation and livestock management (e.g., dairy, sheep, beef).
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various farm machinery and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Valid driving license.
