Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and planograms at various retail locations.
- Arrange, replenish, and display products attractively to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure all displays adhere to brand guidelines, promotional themes, and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels on displays and communicate stock needs effectively.
- Install and maintain signage, pricing, and promotional materials accurately.
- Provide constructive feedback on display effectiveness, customer response, and competitor activities.
- Travel efficiently within the Bolton area to assigned retail outlets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting product presentation area at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in visual merchandising or retail display.
- Strong understanding of retail sales principles and effective product placement strategies.
- Excellent eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual appeal.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple sites, and prioritize tasks effectively.
