Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs through consultative selling techniques.
- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct product demonstrations and make-up applications to showcase product benefits and features.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, ingredients, and brand unique selling propositions.
- Ensure the sales floor, displays, and stock areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked according to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and returns efficiently and courteously.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty or luxury goods sector.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and active listening abilities.
