Key Responsibilities
- Assist vision center staff with daily operations, including patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Learn and perform preliminary eye health screenings under supervision, such as visual acuity tests and auto-refraction.
- Support patients in selecting eyewear frames and lenses, explaining basic product features and benefits.
- Handle administrative tasks including maintaining patient records, managing inventory, and keeping the center organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Shadow optometrists and optical dispensers to gain deeper insights into diagnostic procedures and eyewear fitting.
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of examination rooms and equipment.
- Actively participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives.
