Career.zycto is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Director of Research & Development to lead our innovation initiatives from our base in Chimanimani, Manicaland Province. Your primary mission will be to establish and steer our R&D department, building it from the ground up into a robust engine of innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive R&D strategy aligned with the company's long-term vision and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing team of scientists, engineers, and technical staff.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.

Required Skills
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Agricultural Science, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in R&D, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products or solutions from concept to market.
