Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of all office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen areas thoroughly, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and regular restocking of supplies.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners, ensuring proper waste segregation and disposal.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors regularly to maintain a streak-free and presentable appearance.
- Replenish supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in all designated areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed to management promptly to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate needs for restocking well in advance.
- Assist with ad-hoc cleaning tasks as required, especially during special events, office rearrangements, or deep cleaning schedules.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations and company cleaning protocols at all times, including the proper use of PPE and cleaning agents.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform various cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all work, ensuring no area is overlooked.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate weights (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods.
