Key Responsibilities

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate departments and individuals promptly and accurately.
  • Process outgoing mail, including weighing, applying postage, and preparing items for dispatch via various carriers.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring all deliveries are logged and tracked.
  • Operate and maintain mailroom equipment such as postage meters, franking machines, and package scanners.
  • Manage inventory of mailroom and basic office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous availability.
  • Coordinate with courier services and external vendors for special deliveries and collections.
  • Handle confidential documents with discretion and ensure their secure transfer.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and office support as required, including document filing and archiving.
  • Ensure the mailroom area is kept clean, organized, and tidy at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
