Key Responsibilities

- Adhere to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
- Represent the service in professional forums and advocate effectively for service users' rights and needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of social work practices and service delivery within the community.
Required Skills
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
- Demonstrable experience in family and community social work.
- Strong assessment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
