Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Track project progress against established milestones and report on deviations.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including reports, correspondence, and contracts.
- Support the monitoring of project budgets and expenditures.
- Facilitate internal and external communication among project stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports, presentations, and other deliverables for internal review.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, taking detailed minutes and tracking action items.
- Assist with data entry and data analysis related to project performance and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve project-related issues.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance project management knowledge and skills.
Required Skills
