Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure CI/CD pipelines using industry-standard tools.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring high availability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor system health, performance, and security, responding to incidents and implementing preventative measures.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and services into existing infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices and compliance standards across all environments.
- Participate in on-call rotation to support critical production systems.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
- Expertise in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).
- Strong Linux administration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
