Career.zycto is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dynamic therapy and assessment team in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be instrumental in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing tailored intervention plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Demonstrable experience in conducting occupational therapy assessments and interventions.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathy skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in written documentation and record-keeping.

- Valid UK driving license and access to a car for community visits.
Preferred Qualifications

- Membership of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT).
