Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all studio bookings, ensuring efficient use of facilities and resources.
- Manage and organize media assets, including logging, cataloging, archiving, and retrieving footage, audio, and graphic files using Media Asset Management (MAM) systems.
- Assist in the preparation and breakdown of studio sets and equipment for various productions (video, audio, photography).
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all studio equipment, conducting regular checks and arranging for maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Liaise effectively with internal production teams, external vendors, and freelancers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support pre-production tasks such as script distribution, call sheet creation, and talent coordination.
- Assist post-production teams by preparing media files, managing exports, and ensuring timely delivery to relevant platforms.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with media storage protocols, digital rights, and company best practices.
- Generate reports on media asset usage, studio occupancy, and project progress.
- Provide administrative support to the media production department as required.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a media coordination, production assistant, or similar role.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Media Asset Management (MAM) systems and digital file management.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong time-management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
