Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of professional massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, and Aromatherapy.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to identify specific needs, concerns, and contraindications, and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and equipment before and after each session.
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage, aftercare advice, and recommend suitable home care products.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.
- Actively contribute to a positive and harmonious team environment, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, including booking and rebooking clients.

Required Skills
- Nationally recognized certification or diploma in Massage Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of practical experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa or clinical setting.
