Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently deliver internal and external documents, mail, and packages to designated recipients in a timely manner.
  • Operate and maintain photocopy, scanning, and other office equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and troubleshooting minor issues.
  • Prepare, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and inter-office correspondence.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies, especially for photocopying and printing, and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and data entry.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all sensitive documents and information handled.
  • Perform routine checks on office equipment and report any major malfunctions or repair needs.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  • Provide general assistance to office staff as required to ensure smooth daily operations.
