In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing a wide array of services, from offering personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining, and entertainment to assisting with reservations and transportation arrangements. Your intimate knowledge of Uyo’s vibrant culture, hidden gems, and popular hotspots will be crucial in crafting bespoke itineraries that delight our diverse clientele. You’ll work closely with the Head Concierge and other hotel departments to anticipate guest needs, resolve inquiries, and proactively address any concerns, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and personalized information on local attractions, events, dining, and transportation options.
- Assist guests with reservations for restaurants, tours, transportation, and other services.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain an updated knowledge base of hotel services, local amenities, and emergency procedures.
- Support the Head Concierge in daily operations and administrative tasks.
