Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage handling from vehicles to guest rooms and vice versa.
- Safely and efficiently transport guest luggage, parcels, and other items using appropriate equipment (e.g., luggage carts).
- Provide clear directions and information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with special requests, such as transportation arrangements, taxi services, and package delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
- Collaborate effectively with front desk, concierge, valet, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures, including handling lost and found items.
- Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, events, and guest needs.
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel, always presenting a professional and courteous demeanor.
Required Skills

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
