Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and dispatching.
- Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, proper storage, and efficient retrieval processes.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely product delivery.
- Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues and streamline operations.
- Utilize logistics software (WMS, ERP) for tracking shipments, inventory management, and data analysis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping manifests, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local and international shipping regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and customer complaints related to logistics.
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior warehouse staff and delivery personnel.
