Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and other supply chain documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring data accuracy within our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Support the preparation of reports on supply chain performance, including delivery times, costs, and stock levels.
- Conduct data entry and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the supply chain department.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with demand forecasting to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
Required Skills
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German (B2 level or higher).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree or vocational qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
