Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for software, hardware, and network-related issues via remote access tools, chat, and email.
  • Diagnose and resolve common IT problems, including operating system errors, application crashes, peripheral connectivity, and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT specialists or appropriate departments with detailed documentation.
  • Assist users with account management, password resets, and access permissions.
  • Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
  • Set up and configure remote workstations, including software installation and basic hardware checks.
