Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery, testing, and deployment processes.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Manage and optimize containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to ensure stability and reliability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into all aspects of the infrastructure and development process.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system support, as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI).
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.
- Solid understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Splunk).
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and system administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).
