Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, configuration, and testing of alarm systems and related security equipment.
- Learn to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues under direct supervision.
- Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily installations and service calls.
- Gain understanding of various types of alarm systems, CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, company standards, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks performed, equipment used, and client interactions.
- Participate actively in all training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Develop basic customer service skills by observing and assisting with client communications.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and in the workshop.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients in a professional manner.
