Key Responsibilities
- Set up attractive and compliant sampling stations with provided products and marketing materials.
- Actively engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, inviting them to try samples.
- Provide accurate and enthusiastic information about product features, benefits, and preparation methods.
- Manage product inventory at the sampling station, ensuring adequate supply throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic sampling area at all times, adhering to all food safety guidelines.
- Collect and report customer feedback, questions, and product interest to management.
- Accurately track sampled quantities and complete end-of-day reports as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and client brand guidelines regarding product representation and customer interaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs (setup/take-down).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a retail environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in promotional work, retail, or customer service.
- Knowledge of various food products and culinary trends.
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain one upon hire).
