Your primary responsibility will be to provide dependable transportation services, maintaining the vehicle in pristine condition, and always prioritizing the safety and comfort of passengers. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport company staff, executives, and clients to their designated locations, adhering to schedules and timelines.
- Maintain the company vehicle in a clean, presentable, and excellent working condition, performing daily checks on oil, water, battery, tires, and brakes.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, driving defensively to prevent accidents.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules.
- Assist with loading and unloading items as required, ensuring safe handling of company property.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents immediately to management.
- Plan efficient routes, considering traffic patterns and road conditions to minimize travel time.
- Provide courteous and professional service to all passengers, maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience in Lagos
- Thorough knowledge of Lagos road networks and traffic regulations
- Excellent defensive driving skills and a clean driving record
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
- SSCE or equivalent educational qualification
- Experience driving for corporate organizations or high-net-worth individuals
