Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and maintaining hygiene.
- Support patient mobility, including safe transfers, ambulation, and positioning.
- Help patients with feeding and hydration, ensuring dietary requirements are met.
- Accurately monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) and report any significant changes to supervising nurses.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
