Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner, recommending drinks and ensuring a positive bar experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Manage inventory, assist with ordering supplies, and minimize waste through efficient pouring and preparation techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor laws, responsible alcohol service policies, and age verification procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of new cocktail recipes and menu offerings.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender, specifically with cocktail preparation.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes.
