Key Responsibilities

- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Ensure the safety and security of guests and premises through regular patrols and monitoring.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Assist with wake-up calls and provide information about local attractions or services.
- Prepare comprehensive handover reports for the morning shift, detailing all night activities.
- Handle minor emergencies or incidents according to established protocols.
