Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid social and PPC strategies for multiple clients across various industries.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign setup and optimisation.
- Manage daily bid adjustments, budget allocation, and campaign pacing to ensure optimal performance and efficient spend.
- Create compelling ad copy and work with designers to develop high-performing visual assets.
- Perform continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to maximise campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media ad platforms.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams, clearly articulating performance and future strategies.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with client success teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives and client goals.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for data interpretation and reporting.
- Demonstrable experience with conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex strategies clearly to clients and colleagues.
