Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort incoming and outgoing packages based on destination, size, and type within designated timeframes.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently, ensuring all packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Scan packages using handheld devices and ensure proper documentation and data entry.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve any sorting discrepancies.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
- Operate various manual and automated equipment, including hand trucks and pallet jacks, after receiving appropriate training.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 23 kg regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
