Key Responsibilities
- Review and proofread a wide variety of content, including job advertisements, marketing materials, website copy, articles, social media posts, and internal communications for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
- Ensure consistency in tone, voice, terminology, and brand guidelines across all written materials.
- Verify factual accuracy, check for logical flow, and ensure clarity and conciseness in communication.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to implement feedback and suggest improvements.
- Maintain and update company style guides and glossaries to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Perform final checks before publication or distribution, ensuring all elements (text, images, formatting) are correctly presented.
- Identify and report recurring errors or areas for improvement in content creation processes.
- Provide constructive feedback to writers and content developers to enhance their writing skills.

Required Skills
