Key Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup tasks, including sweeping, raking, debris removal, and waste disposal in designated areas.
- Operate and maintain basic hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively, as required for cleanup duties.
- Sort and separate materials for recycling or proper disposal, adhering to environmental regulations and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment, ensuring secure transport and storage on site.
- Monitor site conditions and report any potential hazards, damage, or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and site personnel to ensure efficient completion of cleanup projects.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Reliability and strong work ethic, with a commitment to showing up on time and completing tasks diligently.
- Basic understanding of safety practices and a willingness to learn and adhere to site-specific safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills to understand instructions and report issues.
