Career.zycto is seeking an exceptional and visionary Director of Learning & Development to lead our talent enhancement initiatives in Mutare, Manicaland Province. You will be responsible for identifying critical skill gaps, developing innovative training programs, and leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies to ensure our workforce remains competitive, engaged, and highly productive. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term learning and development strategy aligned with Career.zycto's overall business objectives and future talent needs.
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules covering leadership development, technical skills, soft skills, and compliance.
- Identify critical skill gaps and emerging competency requirements through regular needs assessments, performance reviews, and consultations with business leaders.
- Implement and manage effective learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to enhance program delivery, tracking, and evaluation.
- Oversee the L&D budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Establish robust metrics and reporting mechanisms to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of L&D initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.
- Mentor and develop a small team of L&D professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in learning and development to continuously enhance our offerings.
