Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor security screening equipment, including X-ray machines, metal detectors, and other advanced detection systems.
- Conduct thorough and efficient screening of individuals, their belongings, and vehicles in accordance with established security protocols and regulations.
- Identify and interpret images/alerts from screening equipment, discerning prohibited items or potential threats.
- Perform manual pat-downs and baggage searches when necessary, maintaining professionalism and respect.
- Maintain constant vigilance and situational awareness to detect unusual behavior or suspicious activities.
- Respond effectively to alarms or security incidents, following emergency procedures and coordinating with relevant authorities.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to individuals undergoing screening, ensuring a smooth and respectful process.
- Document all screening activities, incidents, and findings accurately and completely.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and team members to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
- Stay informed about current security threats, regulations, and best practices relevant to the role.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in security screening or a related security role (minimum 1 year).
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret visual information accurately and quickly.

- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
